Who Is Newbody?

Dane Setner

Newbody Training was founded by Dane Setner, who received a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 1994.

Dane has been a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years and has trained at some of the top health clubs in Chicago. While maintaining the standard requirements of a nationally accredited certification, Dane has also completed over 90 hours of continuing fitness educational coursework encompassing the development of programs designed to achieve cardiovascular health and muscular endurance as well as enhance strength, balance, and coordination.

All Newbody Personal Trainers have a nationally accredited certification and continue to enhance their knowledge and evolve their skills as trainers through continuing education workshops and seminars. Newbody Training is a unique team of professionals hand-selected by Dane based on experience and personality. All Newbody Personal Trainers have experience in training clients with varying ages, skills, and goals.

Newbody Training was formed with the idea that its trainers will set and maintain the highest standards in personal training. Newbody Training will offer top personal training services for its clients while upholding professionalism, genuine concern for the client, and attention to detail.

A Newbody client will be on a personalized program that is based on the individual's fitness assessment and goals. Too often, personal training today is just giving "workouts" to clients without a well thought-out plan of progression. A Newbody trainer will not only have a plan, but will also implement and record it.

Getting Started

Your path to greater health and fitness begins with a complimentary fitness consultation. A Newbody Trainer will gather details regarding your exercise and health history and discuss your fitness goals. All Newbody Training clients receive a Newbody Assessment (NBA) to determine strength, flexibility and cardiovascular levels. This assessment provides vital information to your Newbody Trainer, and establishes the baseline measurements by which your future progress will be measured. The details of your fitness consultation and NBA results are used to design a customized training program specific to your needs and goals.
